Use of Endophytic Trichoderma to Control Fruit Rot Phytophthora infestans, Growth and Yield in Tomato

Endophytic Trichoderma is a fungus found in plant tissue and has the potential as biological control agent. The aim of this study was to endophytic isolated from tomato roots, stems leaves Phytophthora infestans fruit rot growth yield plants. treatments that were tested tricoderma plants applied with doses 50, 75, 100 g per plant, respectively. experimental design used completely randomized three replications. observed variables disease intensity, height, number flowers formed, fruits formed. results showed could pod well increase Giving Trichodema roots dose best treatment because it can reduce intensity by 48.02%, while giving at 75 height 51.74%, formed amounted 68.42% 74.70%.Keywords: Tricoderma, Tomato, infestans.
